TABLE NAMES: If you have purchased a table, all attendee names must be submitted no later than September 24. Please email info@asa.net and include each attendee’s name, title, and email address.

SUBSTITUTION REQUESTS: Substitution requests should be received no later than September 24. Please email info@asa.net to make a substitution request. Any substitutions received after September 24 may incur an administrative fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Written cancellations received on/by September 17, 2026, will receive a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued after September 17. Please email accounting@asa.net to make a cancellation request.

The annual Southern California Awards Dinner is now open for registration. The Dinner is being held the evening of October 8, 2026 at the Long Beach Marriott in Long Beach, CA. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. with a networking reception to catch up with old and new friends, followed by dinner and award presentations at 7:00 p.m.
