The 2026 ASA CENTRAL Summit is heading to Minneapolis, MN! Representing 13 states — Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin — this regional event brings together more than 75 distributor member companies for two days of industry insights, best practices, and high-value networking with PHCP-PVF peers.

The Power of Servant Leadership
Speaker: Rick Kyte


The key to effective leadership is simple: engaging others in meaningful commitment to a shared purpose.  But what is simple to describe may be difficult to put into practice.  Rick Kyte’s presentation describes the principles that inform servant leadership and provides practical advice for becoming more of a servant leader in one’s own life.  Rick is the endowed professor and director of the D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership at Viterbo University in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He writes a regular column on “The Ethical Life” that appears in 72 newspapers and hosts a weekly podcast.

ASA Central Summit attendees will take a short walk over the bridge from the Omni Viking Lakes and enjoy an evening of food/drink, fun and networking at the state-of-the-art training facility of the NFL’s Minnesota Vikings. The evening will include access to TCO Stadium, as well as the Minnesota Vikings Hall of Fame Museum.
