The People Advantage is a new ASA initiative launching in 2027 that will provide member companies with practical tools, shared best practices and a recognition program to help them attract, develop, engage and retain employees.

Built with input from ASA members, the initiative will help companies strengthen workplace cultures, support employee growth and demonstrate their commitment to investing in people. It builds on a simple belief: When we invest in our people, our companies and our industry become stronger.
