OUR MISSION The ASA Education Foundation is a self-sustaining organization that researches the training needs of the plumbing, heating, cooling and industrial & mechanical pipe, valves & fittings industries.  The Foundation then develops, promotes and delivers and/or facilitates programs that will satisfy those needs cost-effectively.   OUR PRINCIPLES Trained and educated personnel provide a competitive point of difference. Education and training add value to working relationships throughout the industry. The Foundation is positioned to take the lead in promoting the value and benefits of education and training in the industry.   OUR VALUES Effectiveness:  We Focus program efforts on programs the Foundation can do well that are unique to the industry.
