The ASA Education Foundation is a self-sustaining organization that researches the training needs of the plumbing, heating, cooling and industrial & mechanical pipe, valves & fittings industries. The Foundation then develops, promotes and delivers and/or facilitates programs that will satisfy those needs cost-effectively.
OUR PRINCIPLES
- Trained and educated personnel provide a competitive point of difference.
- Education and training add value to working relationships throughout the industry.
- The Foundation is positioned to take the lead in promoting the value and benefits of education and training in the industry.

- Effectiveness: We Focus program efforts on programs the Foundation can do well that are unique to the industry.

- Quality: We develop programs that are attractive, job-relevant and operationally sound.
- Integrity: We deliver all programs as promised.
- Respect: We treat all citizens of the industry with respect in developing, marketing and delivering programs.

OUR LEADERSHIP
The ASA Education Foundation is governed by the Board of Trustees, a group of dedicated volunteers representing all segments of our industry. Much of what the Foundation is able to accomplish is driven through the vision and direction of these committed individuals.
