Thursday, September 18, 2025 / News ISAT 2025 Brings Next Gen Leaders Together to Map Out New Direction for ASA Driven by the success of previous Issue Strategic Action Team (ISAT) meetings that have helped define ASA’s engagement in several important areas in recent years, ASA recently gathered a group of next-generation leaders who will be inheriting leadership of the industry as senior executives retire. Together, they looked 10-plus years into the future to identify the issues and trends that will disrupt the PHCP-PVF industry and to make recommendations on how ASA can further create value to support the next generation as it takes over the leadership of their firms and the industry. Previous ISAT meetings, held by ASA about seven years ago, spawned critical industry initiatives such as career recruitment under the ASA PROJECT TALENT banner and artificial intelligence under the ASA D-NEXT banner. ASA continues to be the leading voice of the industry — proactively shaping the future of distribution — as this powerful two-part ISAT experience brings together a curated group of next-generation leaders and seasoned C-suite executives. These conversations are designed to uncover the key inflection points, expectations, and strategic imperatives that will define the industry over the next 5–10 years — and clarify the critical role ASA must play in that future. Why Now As the baton of leadership begins to pass, it is vital to understand the mindset, worldview, and aspirations of those who will inherit and transform the industry. Their voices — paired with the wisdom of today’s executives — are essential to reimagining a thriving, modern distribution ecosystem. These sessions will help ASA reimagine the future of distribution and define ASA’s role in the new landscape. Insights from this initiative will directly shape the agenda and strategic planning discussions at LEAD2026 — ASA’s Strategic Leadership Summit, Feb. 4–6, 2026, in St. Petersburg, Florida.
