The Young Executives Division (Y.E.) prepares future industry leaders through focused educational and networking programs designed for executives and middle managers.  Its members are primarily the emerging leaders within ASA member companies.  But age makes no difference in an open atmosphere in which information, experiences, new ideas and best practices are exchanged.
