The Executive Committee comprises the Officers of the association and is made up of the Chairman of the Board, President, President-Elect, up to five Vice Presidents, Treasurer and Secretary.  Two of the Vice Presidents represent the Vendor Member Division. The Executive Committee of ASA is responsible for the management of the affairs of the Association and is responsible for its direction, determination of Association policies, and oversight of activities.
