ASA PAC

American Supply Association's Political Action Committee

WHAT IS ASA PAC?

ASA PAC is the American Supply Association’s Political Action Committee. It is the PHCP/PVF industry’s voice in our nation’s political process and helps you use your voice to impact the policies that affect your company and our industry. ASA PAC is the only political action committee that works solely to elect pro-PVF and PHCP candidates to the House of Representatives, Senate and the Whte House. Through annual contributions from individuals ASA PAC will continue to support candidates for Congress who address your concerns.

WHO DOES ASA PAC SUPPORT?

Voluntary contributions are pooled through ASA PAC, which raises funds annually to support a bipartisan group of candidates for the House of Representatives, Senate and the White House. Before ASA PAC makes contributions to candidates, the ASA Government Affairs Committee screens candidates on an individual basis. Then, the Committee makes recommendations to support candidates based on the knowledge of the candidates’ positions on issues that are important to our industry and your business.

WHO CONTRIBUTES TO ASA PAC?

Membership dues do not support ASA PAC. ASA PAC relies on separate contributions from individuals each year. If you already contribute to your elected officials, consider making a contribution through the ASA PAC. In doing so, your contribution will be designated for your legislators and provide ASA, as well as you or your company, with the visibility that we need to effectively represent your interests on Capitol Hill. This added recognition is vital to ASA’s ability to gain the proper access to the key decision-makers on the most important issues that impact the future of your business and the industry.

WHY CONTRIBUTE THROUGH ASA PAC?

As a leader in the PHCP-PFV industry, your voice has a greater impact than most. Your understanding of the issues and experience in this industry can help guide decision-makers on Capitol Hill. But no matter how strong, one voice is often overpowered by the multitude of competing priorities in Washington DC. ASA PAC allows you to join with hundreds of others in the PHCP-PVF industry to speak with a united voice.
