NetworkASA 2011 Attracts Largest Attendance in Years
Buoyed by overflow crowds at nearly every event, the American Supply Association’s annual conference, NetworkASA 2011: ALL-IN, was by far the most successful conference in nearly ten years. With a thirty percent increase in attendance from last year’s conference, this year’s event received extraordinarily high marks from attendees. From headline events with speakers such as Fox News anchor Chris Wallace and legendary rocker Gene Simmons, attendees experienced captivating events that far exceeded all expectations.
In addition to the high octane speakers, ASA introduced the highly-anticipated ASA University and its five colleges, including: the Colleges of Sales, Leadership, Warehouse Operations, Purchasing and General Business, providing the industry with the most comprehensive curriculum of training courses, virtually all at the push of a button.
“I have never seen every meeting packed to standing room only,” said Gary Jones of Eastern Penn Supply. “It was the best ASA meeting I have ever attended….there was a buzz in the air the entire time…the sessions were energetic and productive…I was impressed with the business focus of the delegates,” said Rick Fantham of Hajoca Corp. “It was exciting to see the level of excitement for the industry and the desire to now get involved,” added Joe Poehling of First Supply.
