Course Objective:
Identify the signs and symptoms of alcohol and drug use in the workplace. Define "reasonable suspicion" and identify employees who should be tested for both short-term reasonable suspicion and long-term reasonable suspicion. Speak with an employee who needs to be tested and escort them to a testing center.

Course Description
This course has been developed in cooperation with the U.S. DOT drug-testing consortium Labworks USA and satisfies the requirements for supervisors under Title 49: Transportation, Part 40 - Procedures for Transportation Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Programs.
